1. Operator and scope of the document

2. Data scope and purposes of processing

• Questionnaire. Name, company name (optional), email or Telegram for the reply, description of the task and source materials. The purpose is processing the request and preparing a response. The data is sent only when the consent checkbox is ticked.
• Chat widget. The text of messages that the user voluntarily sends in the chat. The purpose is consulting about the products and services of the site.
• Email correspondence. The content of letters sent through the contact channel. The purpose is responding to inquiries.

The site does not collect passport data, biometric information or special categories of personal data. The principle of minimal sufficiency applies: only the data needed to answer a specific request is processed.

3. Legal grounds for processing

• consent of the personal data subject (Article 9 of 152-FZ) — a checkbox in the questionnaire that is not pre-ticked;
• conclusion and performance of a contract with the personal data subject or at their initiative (clause 5, part 1, Article 6 of 152-FZ);
• exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the operator within the framework of the law.

4. Retention periods and localization

Personal data is stored no longer than the purpose of processing requires; after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, it is destroyed or anonymized within no more than 30 days. In accordance with part 5 of Article 18 of 152-FZ, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage and retrieval of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are performed using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

5. Sharing with third parties and cross-border transfer

Personal data is not shared with third parties except in cases directly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not performed. When contractors are engaged, access is granted only to the necessary extent and subject to confidentiality obligations.

6. Cookies and technical data

The site does not set its own cookies and does not connect web analytics systems, advertising pixels or third-party forms. The server may record technical information from HTTP requests (IP address, browser type, the address of the requested page) to keep the site working and secure.

7. Rights of personal data subjects

The personal data subject has the right to: request information about the processing of their data; demand its clarification, blocking or destruction; withdraw consent at any time; appeal the actions or inaction of the operator to Roskomnadzor or in court. The operator considers requests within 10 working days, with a possible extension of no more than 5 working days in accordance with Article 20 of 152-FZ.
